Our Commitment

SIN-MIN, LLC dba SIN-MIN ("SIN-MIN," "we," "us") is committed to making sin-min.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are a small, family-run team in Ventura, California, and we treat digital accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project. We want every customer to be able to browse our products, read our ingredients, and complete a purchase independently.

Conformance Standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

sin-min.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard. We describe those areas below and are actively working to correct them.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we:

• Include accessibility in our internal review process when we add or change site content;
• Write descriptive alternative text for product photography and informational graphics so that screen reader users receive the same product information as sighted users;
• Conduct periodic reviews of our site using both automated testing tools and manual keyboard and screen reader testing;
• Assign responsibility for accessibility to a specific member of our team;
• Consider accessibility when selecting third-party apps and themes for our online store, and raise accessibility defects with those vendors when we find them.

Known Limitations

We want to be straightforward about where we currently fall short. As of the effective date above, we are aware of and are actively remediating the following:

• Category tabs on our home page. The product category tabs can be reached with a keyboard but cannot yet be activated with the Enter or Space key. Every category is also reachable through the main navigation menu, which is fully keyboard operable.
• Automatically moving content. Our announcement bar and some product videos start playing or rotating automatically and do not yet offer a pause control.
• Third-party apps. Some features on our site are provided by third-party applications, including our subscription manager and our shoppable video player. We do not control their code. We have raised the accessibility defects we found with these vendors and will replace any app that does not remediate them.
• Some images and controls. A small number of images and buttons do not yet have complete text alternatives.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us. We update this section as we find and fix issues.

Feedback and Response Times

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of sin-min.com. If you run into a barrier, please tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using, if any. That detail helps us reproduce and fix the problem quickly.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response, including a remediation plan or timeline, within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you why and offer an alternative way to complete what you were trying to do.

Third-Party Content

Our site links to and embeds content operated by third parties, including payment processors, social media feeds, review widgets, subscription management, and our wholesale portal. We select partners with accessibility in mind and report defects to them, but we do not control their code and cannot guarantee their conformance. If a third-party feature is blocking you, contact us using the information above and we will complete the task for you directly.

Assessment and Enforcement

This statement reflects a self-assessment conducted on September 3, 2026, using automated testing (axe-core) together with manual keyboard evaluation of our home page, collection pages, and product pages. We intend to repeat this assessment at least annually and after any major theme or app change.
