Shipping policy

All orders $65 and up receive free US shipping. All orders that qualify for "Free Shipping" are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you'd like your order delivered faster, you may choose to pay for any of the offered shipping services of your choice. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-4 business days unless the order is placed during or within 2 weeks after a sale, or during a holiday. The shipping price is automatically calculated based on weight and destination. In some instances, such as during a sale or after press/influencer publications, an influx of orders may occur and we'll be set back a few days. Not to worry - we're a super small team and are doing our very bestest to get your orders out ASAP! As soon as your order is packed you'll receive a tracking number (USPS or UPS) so you can check in on it's status while en route to you. SIN-MIN holds no responsibility for orders once confirmed and processed by any delivery service. WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS CONFIRMED DELIVERED BY THE DELIVERY SERVICE. For any questions regarding the delivery of your order once the tracking number is confirmed into their system, please contact them directly (not us) with any questions as SIN-MIN has only as much information regarding the delivery status as you do!
