Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At SIN-MIN, we offer various purchase options, including recurring subscription deliveries and pre-orders. This policy outlines how these specific purchasing options work and how you can manage or cancel them.
1. Subscription Orders (Auto-Renewal)
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your selected products. You will be billed for each delivery automatically to the payment method you provided at checkout.

Billing Frequency: Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you select during checkout (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).

Pricing: The price of the subscription is locked in at the time of your initial purchase, though we reserve the right to change prices with advance notice. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you via email prior to your next billing date so you can decide whether to continue.
2. How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription
You have full control over your subscription and can cancel, pause, or modify your recurring orders at any time.

Online Cancellation: To cancel or modify your subscription, simply log into your customer account on our website and navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" section. From there, you can click "Cancel Subscription."

Email Cancellation: You may also cancel your subscription by emailing us at info@sin-min.com. Please include your name and order number. Allow up to 48 hours for our tiny team to process email cancellation requests.

Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and your current order will still be shipped.
3. Pre-Orders
Occasionally, we may offer pre-orders for new or limited-edition items.

Payment: When you place a pre-order, you are charged the full amount of the item at checkout to secure your inventory.

Shipping: The estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. Please note that shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates and subject to change.

Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, the pre-order can no longer be canceled and falls under our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy. To cancel a pre-order, please email info@sin-min.com with your order number.
4. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails for a recurring subscription order, we will notify you via email and our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again over the next few days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically paused or canceled until you update your billing information in your customer portal.
